I am located in the beautiful, historic Pioneer Building, one of the oldest in Seattle and just about the most charming building ever — and it’s so convenient, a lot of you can probably even skip here. ;)
The address is 600 First (1st) Ave, at James street. (Map it).
Getting here: My office is located two blocks west of the Pioneer Square tunnel station, next to the Seattle Underground Tour. Tons of busses get within a few blocks on 3rd Ave. From I-5 (either direction) take the James St. Exit.
Parking: I recommend metered parking between 1st and second on James or continuing across 1st Ave under the Viaduct. Please note that parking is now metered until 8pm (sadface).
Getting in: Upon your arrival, if after hours, the main gates may be locked. Please enter on James St. under the “Office Space” sign. If locked, please ring Artful Touch on the pretty pink call box and I’ll buzz you in.
Finding my office: My suite is 325. From the elevator or stairs, take a left, then make another left at the antique fire hose, and my office is on your left. Look for the soft pink flower decal on the door.
