Downtown Seattle Location (EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS ONLY)

My private practice is conveniently located in Seattle's Medical Dental building at 509 Olive way, Suite #1645, inside City Chiropractic (Map it). Because I operate at this location during the chiropractic clinics off-hours, I am available evenings and weekends ONLY.

Parking is available in the building as well as the two neighboring shopping centers, Westlake Mall and Pacific Place.

Insurance: The contract rates are very low, and the administrative costs are high in accepting insurance. For this reason, I do not accept health insurance. I am happy to supply you with a receipt which will enable you to submit your own insurance claims. I do accept personal injury insurance on a case-by-case basis.
